Eligibility

Day 1

Medical and Medical Health Plan
Health insurance is available to qualified Team Members on the first of the month following 60-days of employment. We offer four tiers of coverage to meet your family’s needs. In addition to medical healthcare, we also offer a medical health plan through Church Health. Church Health physicians offer medical care for low or no costs based on ability to pay.

Dental Insurance With two tiers of coverage, we help you maintain your smile. Our plans include preventative care at 100%, major services and orthodontia.

Vision Insurance Keep your eyes healthy by seeing a vision care specialist. Frames, lenses and contacts are covered!

Cancer Insurance Cancer insurance is available for Team Members and their families in the event of a cancer diagnosis. Payments are made in a lump sum. Eligibility requirements apply.
Life and AD&D Insurance
Make sure your family is protected with one of our life insurance options – whole life or term life insurance. Both plan options include accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Short Term Disability Income Protection
For non-work-related injuries or illnesses, short-term disability income protection is available. Each benefit pays 60% of salary/wage up to plan limits.
Paid Time Off –Leave, Vacation, Jury Duty
Vacation, Jury Duty, Family Medical Leave, Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) Leave, and Military Leave are available in accordance with plan eligibility requirements.
Employee Assistance Program
Concern Employee Assistance Program provides free, confidential counseling services to Team Members and their families. Types of counseling available include work, personal or relationship issues, alcohol and drug abuse, stress, financial stress and legal services.
Free Meals & Free Parking
Team Members are provided a free meal on each shift worked. Team Members receive a 50% discount on most items while dining at Huey’s with 1 guest, when off the clock. Huey’s also offers free parking at most locations.
